GCSE PHYSICAL EDUCATION is taught in Year 10 and 11.

The GCSE PE course is divided into 3 Main Areas:-
Practical - 50% Theory (final exam)- 30% Written Coursework (project) - 20%
For the practical component, pupils have to offer 4 different sports chosen from the 6 National Curriculum areas.
In addition to GCSE PE St Clare's also offers 'A' Level PE. Again, the specification for this award is AQA.
